Adobe CC 2019
If you haven't made a time-code this is how then follow after this:
1. File/New/Transparent Video
2. Type Time-code into the effects search bar / Drag onto the new transparent video seq
Change the color on time-code
3. Type Change color into effects search bar / Drag onto the new transparent video seq
4. The following layout of the effect control should be set to the following under the change color fx
View = Corrected Layer
Hue = 0
Lightness Transforms = - 40 or -50
Sat Transform = 100%
Color to Change = Black
Matching tolerance and softness = 0%
Match colors = Using Chrome
Then play with the Hue transform and you can pick any color you like without effecting anything, you can also set color to change from one to the the other super effective and fast to do and edit.
