MeGUI - invalid argument

Hey Folks,
My Problem is, everytime i try to encode a Video in MeGUI it gives me an Error:

Invalid Argument: crf = 20,0 (example)
Process exits with error: 0xFFFFFFFF (-1)



NFO:
Latest MeGUI (tried x86 and x64)
Windows 10 Pro x64 (1809) - Build: 17763.379

I don't use MeGUI, but what happens if you use CRF=28.0, with a period instead of a comma?

I can't edit this value in the x24 configuration

CRF should be adjustable in the interface somewhere since this is the main adjustment for bitrate/quality
Perhaps MeGui calls it something else - quality? Either way it may be a program bug

That's one hell of an aspect ratio in your log file.

I changed my "Language" to "English (US)" on Windows and now all works great.
