So I have 2 MKV files. One has 4 DVD subtitle tracks and chapter tracks. They are both the same name but in different folders. I want to use mkvmerge or ffmpeg the command line to copy the subtitles and chapters to the other MKV file.

For mkvmerge the general order is:
Code:mkvmerge [global options] {-o out} [options1] {file1} [[options2] {file2}]
