    Will these wipes clean the heads or mess them up? It says it contains just Isopropanol

    I would be concerned about fiber snags and I wonder how much water is in that "mild solvent." Water won't hurt glass or plastic but it will rust iron heads.

    I am aware. It's used for X ray machines I was wondering if it would pull on the heads or rust them.Image

    it'll probably be the same as using a wet wipe.. ��

    That doesn't mean it's 99 percent alcohol. There is no labeling requirement for wipes that I'm aware of.

    Here's a safe bet: if it says it is "safe to use with vtr/vcr heads" then it probably is (otherwise they could get sued). If it doesn't explicitly say that, look for a different product that does.
