Hello, when I watch my video on my laptop with 1080p on youtube it looks good, but when I watch it on my 23´Tft Monitor in fullscreen it gets blurry and unclean, is that normal?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Here are three possibilities:
1. Anything on a larger monitor looks blurrier;
2. You need to check the resolution setting (lower right corner of the YouTube screen) when playing on your computer's monitor. Sometimes they only deliver 480p, even if the video is 1080p, and you need to manually change that.
3. You were not clear on this, but if you are watching on the external monitor, and you are watching from the laptop, you may not have the external monitor settings configured correctly. It is VERY important to get those settings so that the scaling is done correctly. I presume you have the video driver set to deliver video to the laptop's own screen at its "native" resolution. The external monitor is almost certainly not the same resolution as your laptop's screen and if you deliver the laptop's resolution to the external screen, the video quality will suffer tremendously.
