Hi, I'm not exactly experienced in the field of movie editing/burning, but I've obtained a movie in *.avi format and would like to burn it either as a Video CD or Super VCD. One one hand, the movie (2 X 720 Megs) is ~3 hours long, and I don't want to have it span over 6 SVCD discs, but on the other, I would like to maintain as much DVD quality as possible. So I was wondering how I can get the best quality for around 3~4 CDs.
Another thing with it is that it has resolution of 640 x 272, and because my TV isn't a widescreen, I was wondering if I can burn it so that the movie isn't stretched to fit the screen, like the 480x480 SVCD uses.
For some reason, I cannot open the file with TmpGEnc because the format is unsupported (DivX 5 installed).
Thanks in advance for any help.
Have a nice day*
Oddity, the one and only.
