Hi, I Had Recorded A Movie and There is Some Repeated Video/Frames, and Some Black Screen (loading) Frames in Video,

How I can Delete / Cut Those Frames Without Re-Encoding,

Please Suggest Easiest Way. No cmd lines Knowledge

How I can Delete / Cut Those Frames Without Re-Encoding,

Your video has the cycling black screen from approximately frame 60-103, good video from 104-589, repeated frames from 590-671. What you want(approximately, quick try) frames 0-59, frames 104-589, and 672-end of video. It's key frames are 150 frames apart so you would be cutting on a 'P' frame (PI P P P P P...I) format.

After trying it on a known good video, SovereignMM video Splitter seems to work fine but it is not free. It does purport to be a 'Smart Cutter', only encoding, in your case frames 109-150 and 590-600 which are the frames preceding their next key frame at each cut.
