Please help, what parameters do I need to write in ffmpeg to transcode from xvac to avchd?
When changing fps and bitrate, in Premiere everything works very slow, with avchd files works very fast
-c:v libx264 -preset medium -profile high -level 4.2 -b:v 26624K -minrate 26624K -maxrate 26624K -bufsize 53248K -nal-hrd cbr -pix_fmt yuv420p -r 50 -c:a ac3 -b:a 256K

I have not used it, but I read at Sony's site that you can export from XAVC-S to MP4 with Sony's applications. You can then use any compatible program to resize at 1920x1080 and convert to AVCHD. I would open the MP4 file in Virtualdub, resize and crop as necessary, edit out unwanted scenes and then compress video with x264vfw codec that produces AVCHD compatible video. I would compress audio with AC3ACM codec to Dobly Digital format. Use AVCHD Calculator to find the appropriate video bitrate so your video will fill exactly the target medium (such as DVD-R disc) and be of maximum possible quality. Then use MultiAVCHD to create the AVHCD without recompressing and further reducing quality.
