Anyone Want to Do Video Magic on a 30/35 second clip?

I've tried, to the best of my ability. To do anything worth while using Avisynth & Video Dub. But it's just totally out of my ability ( video intelligence wise ) I once asked before about anyone wanting to try improving quality on a 352x288 clip. And was amazed at the results. This clip, I'd guess the main problem would be removing the sun glare behind the main subject. Who is also quite for from the recording camera. It's only a 30/35 second clip. So maybe it wouldn't take long to perform magic?
