    Is there a way I can make a menu using TSCV with selections for different smaller videos?? I don't want to make chapters.. I want to make a full use menu with mpeg stills of each video.. and be able to select the different video files from there.. I don't need to make chapters...

    You could try VCDwizard (get it at http://www.labdv.com/vcdwizard/), with which you have full controll over the PBC creation.

    In this case, each menu-item (each clip) will be a different selection- or playitem. Add them to the Selections of the SelectionList (representing your main menu).
    That's all and that isn't difficult, isn't it?
