    I'm talking about increasing of center channel volume of 5.1 AC3 file in MKV movies. And then save it forever. Not instant boost.

    I have no 5.1 speaker system.

    What format audio? I usually drop the MKV on Audacity and let it extract the audio, then adjust the levels and mux it back with the video.
    Or you could convert it to stereo before saving and muxing.
