Decrypt AES 128 key m3u8

Hello guys,

Please help me with the following :

i have the key for an encrypted m3u8 but it is in encrypted form, so i want to decrypt it if that is possible :

#EXTM3U #EXT-X-VERSION:3 #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:4 #EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:0 #EXT-X-KEY:METHOD=AES-128,URI="k/timestamp",IV=0x496daa1c6914000e408c65cead91fc29

And the "k/timestamp" value it is 48 bytes :
