  1. Is there a media player that can force the video frames to become from 30 fps to 23 fps or 25?

    P.s: am on mac

  2. Remux with MKVToolNix GUI, but you need to reencode Audio, but this way the video will be played faster or slower than in original.
    What is your intention of doing that?

    Yes

    So there is no other media player that can do that huh?

    Some of the anime remasters that been dubbed in arabic are 30fps

    The original broadcast was 23fps and sometimes 25fps

    Those guys don’t have any idea of that so i needed to change that without the hassle of converting every episode

  6. You mean, there's an annoying stutter (caused by duplicated frames) when the video plays ?
    On a Windows system that could be done with a simple Avisynth script, loaded with AVFS, which turns the script into a virtual AVI file, then any player can play the script as if it was an actual file converted with an altered framerate. I don't know if there's anything equivalent for Apple computers. You could always install a virtual Windows just for that purpose...
