I notice that whatever video I play in the latest version of Potplayer, there is a slight stutter when it first plays the video (maybe the first 2 seconds), and it plays normally thereafter.

Using Dell XPS 13 9360 - with i7 8550u, 16GB Ram and UHD620.


Is there any way to resolve this issue please?
