Different video quality in Windows XP and Windows 7

Hello. I'm using both Windows 7 x64 and Server 2003 x64. I'm opening a BD-Rip video with the following video parameters: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 59.94fps [V: BDRip by Vladdrako [jpn] (h264 high 10 L5.0, yuv420p10le, 1920x1080) in Media Player Classic running under both operating systems.
I'm using the same laptop and the same version of MPC-HC for both operating systems. But the picture quality when I open the same video in different OS's is different. Picture quality of the one opened under Win2003 is worse with a white noise present. I'm posting here some examples.
What's the reason for that? Can the picture quality be improved under Win2003 (WinXP)?

Sorry, I'm not an expert, but it is stated that it's a BD-Rip.

Maybe it‘s 59.94i or its newer name 29.97 from BD but deinterlaced to 59.94 fps. It seems that it is warez, so no help here.

But check renderer settings in MPC-HC or MPC-BE, seems like 16-235 limited vs 0-255 full.

You just have a levels difference. Go to the graphics driver's video settings and adjust the levels. Look for a setting like "0-255" vs. "16-235". The player may have this setting also.

Then it's not a rip, it's a re-encode. People use "rip" to mean anything. It's annoying. Think I'll go into the kitchen and rip a sandwich.
