Can PotPlayer display tag info (Artist - Title) in Russian/European characters, etc. Thank You.

  2. It can display cyrillic alphabet just fine, all you have to do is to setup under Preferences > Basic > OSD, tag info is another issue.

    Is this for audio playback?
    Have you heard about AIMP?
It's a Russian player, I rather prefer this one over foobar.

Yes, sometimes I like to listen to "foreign" radio stations. I've heard of AIMP many years ago, and have used it many times, but I would rather use one player for everything. I can't actually read Russian, but I would rather see info displayed in native characters.

    Thank You for your reply.

  4. To bad, I have a player for music (AIMP), for videos I use MPC-BE and Portplayer.

Looks like the issue is with them, looks like they are using ID3V1, this doesn't support Cyrillic fonts.
I'm testing this one with no issues

Also tested with some of this list:

You might get a better luck with radios that uses WMP play list (.asx).
