    I followed the intructions on the vcd divx->VCD convertig guide. The audio extracted fine with Virtualdb, and I was able to see the video when using TMPGEnc. But after conversion to MPEG, i opened it up in Windows Media PLayer and I only get the audio and black blank screen for video. What cuold be the issue?

    sounds like you didbn't load it right go back into tmpgenc if you haven't used it since this problem and see if you loaded avi, wav, and output as well as template
    We were all NEWBIES once and the only stupid question is the one that's not asked?

    i ended up burning the mpeg just to see if it works, and the video showed up on my dvd player. as long as it works on the dvd player its ok. and iloaded the output and input corectly from b4.. oh well. thanx.
