I need your help again. How do I change the frame rate of this video to 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS. The video doesn't have any interlace/combing artifacts. When I encoded it the first time I got duplicated frames (59.940 FPS) and when I used ChangeFPS(29.970) I got 29.970 (29970/1000) FPS which is not what I want. Thank you

However, if this video is film-based that would be incorrect. After the ChangeFPS call, check for duplicate frames again.
Or SelectEven or SelectOdd. Same result.
