  1. I would like to add subtitle to 4K UHD
    But i can't find any program that can remux 4K UHD for add my subtitle
    So can i mux or remux 4K UHD ?

    Yes, you can. There are numerous tools that could do this for you; I recommend MKVToolnix or ffmpeg.

    Which is why you use MKV and just get a generic 4K media player for non-official videos, instead of using an official 4K Blu-ray machine. Also, UHD just means Ultra High Definition and isn't limited to Blu-ray.

    The free solution would be to mux it with tsMuxeR. Then use jdobbs' free tool TSM2UHD to fix the output so it is UHD disc compatible.

    If you don't want to do it manually the newest version of BD-RB supports UHD backup allowing you to strip subtitles.

    Some standalone UHD players have issues with tsMuxeR, but the good news is jdobbs is currently developing his own muxer to create UHD discs.

    I prefer physical disc than mkv file

    i would like to add subtitle and keep both menu and special features
    tsmuxer,TSM2UHD and BD-RB can't do that
