after converstion file is also in green colour..

How about some details of the source file? The text info from MediaInfo would be good.

Check if your system support YCbCr (YUV) colour space - if not install support for YUV color spaces - as you not providing any information try to add to avisynth script conversion from YV12 or YUY2 to RGB - if everything will be fine then i was right.
