i wanted to cut/delete first 5 seconds of 100s of videos, please suggest software and also the file name will be unchanged

Most Editing software wants to cut on a 'Key' frame (i-Frame) because it is a complete image. If your MP4's are typical, they are GOP 250 meaning they have a Key Frame every 250 frames. At 25 FPS that is every 10 seconds. If you cut at 5 second interval, that is midway between the I-Frames. Many such as FFmpeg will do batch AND cut midway but you will end up with 3-5 seconds of black/frozen frame with audio at the beginning of your edited video or cut at the wrong place depending on the script.

Are they all the same GOP settings? Same camera? If they are and the GOP is 250, the nearest you can cut NOT on an I-Frame and still achieve a first time frame time of Zero (0.000000) without frozen frame is 7.407407 and that is only for MP4 AVC (264) aac with special script.

GOP 250 is not typical at all. If this were the case no one would be able to edit any h264 video. Any decent video editing software will have no difficulty cutting 5secs off an mp4. These days Dynamic GOP is used. With dynamic Group of Pictures (GOP), the interval between I-frames is adjusted dynamically, based on the amount of the motion in the scene. ... The GOP length of the compressed video is adjusted in real-time, according to the amount of motion. So I, a Resolve user, and those people using Vegas, Premiere, Final Cut, Pinnacle Studio, etc, have no problems cutting mp4 or AVCHD and do not end up with black or frozen frames.
