    I have been using SolveigMM Video Splitter for video split , but the problem is it didn't output the video with sub as default select. I have to select it manually whenever i play it on k-lite.
    How can i fix it?

    What container format? For mkv you can use MKVToolNix' Header Editor to change things like default, forced and language values of a track.

    Can't do it with SolveigMM?
    Or is there any other good splitter/cutter for mkv for do this job without reencode?
