Hi all,
The Hauppauge Capture software provides for video recording and is GUI based.
I am looking for a command line based app that can capture the video stream and save it to disk directly, or alternatively decode it and save snapshots/frames every X frames or seconds.
I've seen there are tools like OBS STUDIO and others, not clear if they can do either.
Not interested in on-screen rendering.
Windws or Linux are both possible.
Thanks
