Hi,
I converted mp4 1920x1080 to 1280x720 avi.
Is it possible to set a video window size to fixed.
In other words I want to prevent Full screen and set some fixed size to my video.
What is the software and is it doable at all? Or is just my fantasy desire?
Logically, there should be something...
Thx.

Controlling the display of a video which does not fill your screen resolution is a matter of the player and its options. Most media players would scale it up to their canvas resolution; some media players allow you to alter this behaviour, e.g. to display the video unscaled in the center of its canvas. I know MPC-HC can do that. It may even be possible to set it up to do that always as default. I won't exclude the possiblility that other players are just as able.

Thank you very much for explanation. So it's player dependent...
Since I want to publish video the display quality of my video is not controllable by me.
