    I want to change the default thumbnail on mp4 files. Does anybody know of PC software to do this?

    Yes in win explorer. The default thumbnail which is first frame of the video. I want to be able to change this. Instagram can do it but its for mobile only. I need a PC solution.

    Icaros -> you can set the desired postion of thumbnail in ms or %, it won't change the file, only the displayed thumbnail is different. But on other pcs the thumbnail will be different.
