    This is what can be retrieved in the Tech Specs posted in the product page (link)

    What does it means? It will record multichannel AAC? Is this something concerning their software or it's all what the card can output?

    That for HDMI pass-through as HDMI input to HDMI output to you TV or what ever the recording are still going be 2 channel stereo AAC
