  1. I was trying to compress a 4K movie. with BD Rebuilder v.060.02 when I got the following error:

    [22:56:48] - Can't process HEVC source, aborted.
    - X264/LAVF or LAV Filters required

    Is there anything different that I need to do?

    Who knows you didn't say anything about what you actually did.
    Did you install the Lav filters as the message suggests?

  4. Update. I rebooted my computer and when I opened BD Rebuilder it asked me to reconfigure with administration rights, and now it seems to be working.
