"can't process HEVC source, aborted" error

I was trying to compress a 4K movie. with BD Rebuilder v.060.02 when I got the following error:

Is there anything different that I need to do?

Who knows you didn't say anything about what you actually did.
Did you install the Lav filters as the message suggests?

Thank you for the LAV filters link, I installed them and got the same error.

Update. I rebooted my computer and when I opened BD Rebuilder it asked me to reconfigure with administration rights, and now it seems to be working.
