Capture card AND Video Card

I am looking for a card that will do both video capture and be my video card. I am going to order my computer at the following site, let me know if any of the available cards do both. I know the all in wonder does but any of the less expensive ones? Thanks

there a bunch of them just look in the descriptions if it says either VIVO or tuner you can do capture...
