I have video in 4k h265 codec that I make with my Sony XZ Premium mobile phone. I merge with Avidemux all files into one file and try to convert to 1080p with Handbrake. After converting I try to add video file to Adobe Encore to make bluray ISO or bluray folder, but now the problem start because Adobe Encore are doing some transcode and after that I have audio video desynchronization. I try tsMuxer and he can't make bluray folder. I don't know what is going on with that video file.

  2. Search forum for "variable framerate" (vfr).

Oh, no, so that is the problem. Now I must convert again with constant framerate.
