Note to others that there is a difference between the Win10 Upgrader app and the Win10 Updater Assistant app.
The former announces/prepares/nags/forces upgrading from Win7/8/8.1 to Win10, while the latter "assists" updating from earlier builds of Win10 to the most current build (for your service channel), whether immediately or delayed.
The OP asked and Netmask56 answered re the former.

possibly I would like that my windows 10 dont' upgrade or download updates. Simply it have to be alwais the same. Is there a way to guarantee it?

Disconnecting from the Internet is about the only simple way to completely block updating.

See the section labeled "Disable Windows 10 Update Assistant Permanently" at https://benignblog.com/disable-windows-10-update-assistant I haven't tried this but it seems likely to work.
You don't need to download anything. Create a text file named "Windows10UpgraderApp.txt" then rename it "Windows10UpgraderApp.exe" Go to the Windows10Upgrade folder in Windows partition C. Rename the Windows10UpgraderApp.exe to something else, for example, "RealWindows10UpgraderApp.exe" so you can undo everything later if necessary. Finally, copy the renamed text file to the Windows10Upgrade folder. Also, make a screenshot with the original values of all the settings you changed so that you can restore them later if this does not work out.Ignore list: hello_hello, tried, TechLord, Snoopy329
