I've got two videos that are the same content but one is in 4:3 and the other is in 16:9. I'd like to take the 4:3 audio and put it on the 16:9 video to create a new file.
The videos are not exact copies. The timecode isn't 1:1. So the audio will need to be moved to sync with the 16:9 video.
What tools can I use to do this? And if I have more than one, is there something that would automate this in a batch if all the videos could be determined to be off by the same amount?
Any help for any part of this would be huge. I'm currently just splitting the two videos apart with mkvtoolnix. But the gluing them back together is a pain of finding the right delay.
Thanks!

The only problem is figuring out the delay? Then play them together using a player that can adjust the delay on the fly. I use MediaPlayerClassic-HomeCinema and the +/- keys to adjust the delay in increments of 10ms.
My guess is you'll have many more problems than that, but hope for the best.
