    Hi, I am new here. I need help upon creating a video based on map showing a line from a staring point to ending point like in this video below.

    Didn't look at your sample but here is one program that can do the route. http://www.routegenerator.net/

    Look up 'text to speech' in Google for the speaking dialogues.
