Adding Image Overlay To Video Files??

Soooo. Anyone know of a freeware which is simple and easy to use for WIN 10 OS where one could add an image overlay to video files?

Hi,
if you need just static picture, you can use Avidemux. Filter add logo. It support PNG files with alpha channel.
EDIT: But of course recompression is needed. Without recompression there is probably some way to use some sort of picture subtitles. Like DVB subs, but it is more complicated I think. And user can hide it. If you want it be not turnable off, it must be part of video. And it means recompression.
