TV Freezing and Rebooting when playing specific mkv File

Hi Forum! I'm having trouble with my TV playing mkv files from an HDD.

My TV is a Samsung UN46F6800AG.
The mediainfo of one of the problematic mkv will be pasted at the end.

The thing is that for some unknown reason, whenever I try to play this file, my TV freezes and then reboots. To be specific, I don't even have to play the video; pressing info on the file or just staying (for ~10 sec.) in the directory where its sitting has the same outcome. This doesnt happen with other mkv files (mediainfo of a title that works can be found at the end) I try to play. What strikes me is that I dont think it has anything to do with codecs, since it doesnt show any codec related error. I have tried playing it from another flashdrive, but still the same outcome.

What is the cause? How can I Fix this? All help will be appreciated.

That is the problem. AVC 10 bit has next to no hardware support. Need to re-encode to a supported format.
