  1. I moved from Asia to Canada a while back. I have some PAL VHS tapes and a PAL VCR that do not work on the NTSC TV. How can I watch my PAL video tapes on my NTSC TV?

I did a lot of research and I came across these Composite to HDMI converters with PAL/NTSC support. Once they convert the PAL signal to HDMI, would it work with my NTSC TV? Would any of these this solve the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most modern flatscreen TV sets with HDMI input should be multi-standard. Knowing more about your TV set would be useful.

They may solve problem but IMHO best is capture your video to computer and use digital copy instead VCR.
