The portable seems OK, perhaps it's something in the installer
Try to unpack binary - this is common for self-unpacking executable to be reported as suspicious. I use self-unpacking commonly due benefits and don't care about those false positives.
I used a lot of audio programs, but this program is easy. I just want to listen to music. I never have problems with the (Portable Version)
