    It is crazy that the 00027.ts is interlaced. I recorded the recent stuff setting 50i as well, I wonder why it didn't record like that. This is not conversion problem, though...

    what camera model was 00121_new.ts shot on ? You probably just forgot to switch it from 25p mode (it's not 25p native progressive; it's sometimes referred to as "25p in 25i" ; but the content is still 25p)

    All these were shot in 50i mode. You can only select 50i and 25p. On Canon HF M41. 25p files from this device are correctly recognised as 25p, I have just checked.

    Actually, I am just checking the files where I remember I set 25p, and they are flagged TFF as well.
