Ripped a movie to an .iso file and mounted it but when I try to convert using VOB2MPG v3 (free) version I select the English language but it extracts Spanish. I'm trying them all but none of them extract the English. French extracts French.
Running Windows 10 64 bit and used DVD Decrypter to extract the files.
Using IFO mode with VOB2MPG v3. My objective is to extract the cleanest version of the original DVD with no loss of quality so I can play it with a Smart TV that can play the straight MPG file.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

You could rip the DVD to a folder using MakeMKV (select the audio and subs desired).
The MKV file contains the unchanged video and audio.
Then use the likes of ffmpeg to convert the container from MKV to MPEG without any changes.
ffmpeg -i file.mkv -flags +global_header -vcodec copy acodec copy file.mpg -
Just one Q. Why did you decrypt to .iso and then mount that before attempting to extract the mpeg ?
Just select ifo mode and decrypt to standard video_ts files.
Not suggesting that it would solve the issue but it cuts out one level of complexity.
Also what is the language situation. Subs or message screens ?
