Replace batch files and au3 executables with an autohotkey executable

Changes :
* An installer that install prerequisites automatically
* Get rid of cmd windows
* Detect Handbrake path instead of hardcoded path
* Updated avfs to latest (from vapoursynth)
* Add preferences window, allow calling other external encoders besides handbrake
* Option to add 1-second buffer to the end of the project to prevent audio bug (and remove it when rendering ends). Disabled by default.
