Background ghosts in small squares ou Green screen in copy mode in Avidemux What can it be? (detail, only in the second part), inverted the test by putting the second video in the first part and the error continues only in the second part, only that went from green screen to ghosts.
Each part is a different video of 5 minutes with bitrate difference from one video to another of +/- 200 Kbps and audio bitrate the same. The audio formats are ACC and MP4 video. VLC gives me the following errors:

main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing 183 ms)
main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing 519 ms)
main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing 96 ms)

main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing 166 ms)
    main debug: toggling resume
    mmdevice debug: state changed: 0
main debug: auto hiding mouse curso

When the video with a larger bitrate comes first, the second part has squares of background checks and small lapses of locking and when the video with smaller bitrate is in the first part, the second part has a green screen with small lapses of locking.

What could be wrong? (Avidemux tested Normal mode and last night version Windows 32bits, Tested also in XP compatibility mode of W7)

    W7 sp1 32bits Directx 11//Dual Core Intel2180 2 Ghz - Bus speed 800Mhz//GA-945GCM-S2L//Memo Dual Channel 1GB+1GB 667Mhz//No video card//HD SATA 1x80GB + 1x160GB.

Sounds like a badly encoded source file.

@lordsmurf, Thanks for reinforcing the thought I already had, the curious thing is that if I "make a copy joining parts of only one video at a time" by dividing and discarding some parts and joining later, this does not happen. It only happens when together the two videos of different bitrate, divided or not. Other videos with less bitrate difference are copied together without any problem. ie, let's say the problem was with this video of higher bitrate and bad coding, if I cut some parts of it and join it and make a copy Voila, but if together it in the context with other videos the error happens.

How can you use COPY when joining(?) files with different bitrates?
Unless they are identical(from the same, exact file/source)....that's not gonna work.

I agree, but some videos of different bitrate as reported above worked in the junction (vid_001.mp4 + vid_002.mp4) the rest are all the same as the size, quality, audio bitrate, fps and containers. Maybe there is some other difference not pointed out in the tests.
