How to manually update LAV filters in MPC-HC?

I really like using MPC-HC for watching movies. Since it's no longer getting updates is there any way i can manually update LAV filters.

Just use external ones, you may also take a look at MPC-BE, these devs are former MPC-HC devs, who started their own project and it is very active developed.

MPC-HC 1.7.17 with LAV 0.72 was released recently, there is still some basic maintenance. Personally, I've deleted the internal LAV filters from the MPC-HC folder and use the external ones like flashandpan007 suggested. Not all formats are activated in the internal ones and it is easier to test nightlies this way + then all DirectShow apps can use them.

I use MPC-HC and after installing new LAV filters perform manually copy from LAV folder to MPC-HC folder - it works but also frequently checked that without doing this latest installed LAV is used by MPC-HC instead internal one.
