  5. Yes. DVDFab convert 4k to blu ray but this use codec x264 and h 265. On blu-ray what i downloaded i think have h264 codec not x264 because i dont see at mediainfo x264 encode setting

"Better compression" means better quality at the same size as those other codecs, smaller size with the same quality, or something in between. x264 is an open source h.264 encoder. h.264 was worked on jointly by ITU & MPEG (so aka MPEG 4-part10 as well as AVC and also JVT "joint video team").

x264 is a free software library developed by VideoLAN for encoding video streams into the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC format. It is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

    To repeat:
x264 is an h.264 encoder. h.264 is the codec.
h.265 is not valid for BluRay. h.265 is UHD only.

  8. Ok. Why this rip is not present information like a Writing library and Encoding settings x264?

  9. Such metadata is optional. Many files simply don't have them.

  10. Not every encoder puts that information in the video stream. It can also be removed if you don't want it.

x264 is generally considered one of the best h.264 encoders in terms of visual quality per bitrate.
