Convert 4K to Blu-Ray

Hello. Yesterday i downloaded Blu-Ray movie. This Blu-Ray made from UHD 4K. Quality more better like license blu-ray. How make this downscale without loss quality?

It doesn't matter. I have different movies. I want to know how this guy make release. How convert 4K to Blu-ray better that license disk.

Try using dvdfab. It can convert 4K to blue ray

Yes. DVDFab convert 4k to blu ray but this use codec x264 and h 265. On blu-ray what i downloaded i think have h264 codec not x264 because i dont see at mediainfo x264 encode setting

To repeat:
x264 is an h.264 encoder. h.264 is the codec.
h.265 is not valid for BluRay. h.265 is UHD only.

Ok. Why this rip is not present information like a Writing library and Encoding settings x264?

Such metadata is optional. Many files simply don't have them.

Not every encoder puts that information in the video stream. It can also be removed if you don't want it.

x264 is generally considered one of the best h.264 encoders in terms of visual quality per bitrate.
