    hi

    i have two 10 way acard dvd duplicator called acard technology pro

    one machine is coming up with a message saying NG:01 F:-

    no idea what this means though
    any know where i can get a manual?

    Are you not able to download a pdf of the manual from Acard? http://www.acard.com/index.files/Page933.htm

    I don't have your specific controller, and I can't remember all those damn codes, but I would think it was a burn failure of one of the discs copying from Partition F. Bad disc? Bad drive? Maybe your burning speed is set too high. But check with Acard Tech support.
