I had a hard drive failure recently, so I had to reinstall the OS and I'm not sure if I've got everything set up right. But as far as I know that ac3 file should be fine to go through Encore without transcoding. This one works just fine:

EDIT: Bizarre. Seems Audacity changed the sampling rate somehow. I just ran it through again, without even changing anything, and it's fine now.
