When you open a .d2v file in tmpgenc, all you do is just that. You need to click on the browse button across from audio source and select the wave file that matches your .d2v file.

Thanks John,
I did select d2v in video source and .wav in audio source. But, I am not getting the audio. video quality is very good. -
First off can you play the audio with media player. Just to be sure it's not screwed up and unreadable. If it's playable you could do this. Will only work if you heven't changed the frame rate. The audio will be out of sync if you have. Encode the wave file only in tmpgenc, if it still has no soundc use an external mp2 program like tooLame. Could even be mp3 but thats not the standard. Then encode just the video then you can multiplex them together with tmpgenc's mpeg tools. You can even select the mp2 as your source audio when your encode the video.
