How do I download m4s segment videos and combine them to mp4 format ?

for example log into bharatacharyaeducation.com and log in using these credentials email : chinnu.akanksh@gmail.com pwd: bankai and choose 8086 as topic for watching videos and afterwards video will play...and how do I download these videos

I saw the mdp links via MS Edge's Developer Tools (F12). For example with the 8086 pipelining video:

got a ~123 MB, 960x540 mp4 file. There are also 854x480, 640x360, and 426x240 versions.

A lot of sites are starting to detect when Developer Tools is open and refuse to play their videos. Some people use add blockers to see media URLs.

Get the manifest.mpd link from a web browser's Developer Tools (F12, network tab, load page) then:

F12 in Chrome/Vivaldi and a network sniffer tell me about a preview.mp4 and about 300 m4s files, I got them with jDownloader but this does not have a plugin for this site so it does not merge them (InviDownloader did not work here neither downloading nor joining)

Maybe FFmpeg will make it but I am not an expert in command line programs, I tried two FFmpeg gui so far but both gave me errors "no corresponding files", "header missing" etc. so any help concerning downloading and joining files from this site would be appreciated (correct syntax for FFmpeg in this case, hints to other programs etc.)

Same as the others. Use a browser's Developer Tools (F12, Network tab) to get a link the the master.mpd file:

Thanks for replying and yes of course, it seems that I was so overwhelmed by these tons of m4s that I just did not look for the master.mpd

Another stupid question: how do I copy the often very long links found by F12 for master.mpd for example ? Right-click gives me "Reveal" only and I cannot find another option for this (Vivaldi here but will be the same as in Chrome very probably)

In Firefox I just right click on the filename and select Copy -> Copy URL. In Edge it's similar, right click on the filename, then Copy -> Copy Link Address. It's similar with Chrome but I don't use it often and don't remember the exact command.
