  1. Hello,
    I'm beginner.
    I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. I have edited video 1920 x 1080 frame 25.
I want to export to 4K. What happen if I export video to 4K? Will my spoil video or better quality image?

    Export it 1080p 25.
Upconverting to 4k does nothing except make the framesize larger, which needs higher bitrate to maintain quality. You will be adding a blended extrapolation on top of lossy encoding. Don't do it.
It won't be totally "spoiled", but it won't look better, and could look worse.

Exception is if uploading to Youtube, as that is a re-encoding quality cheat/workaround.

Just do 1080p25 and 4k tvs will stretch it to fill the screen.
