Do editors (just to cut/trim videos is all I need) for videos with VP9 encoding?

mkvtoolnix (mkvmerge) (and ffmpeg) should be able to cut on key-frames.

In case you haven't figured it out yet:
No, mkvtoolnix does come with a gui. (mkvtoolnix-gui), where you can set the 'Splitting' options, but looking at the gui, it doesn't look like one can set an option to to merge the files in one go. So you would need to:
a. split the file
b. take the output files and merge them using the gui again.

Thanks, Selur, I've looked at the interface's output tab and remembered I have once cut a file using that program already. I browsed several programs for vb9 cutting capability - none could - and I simply didn't expect it to be as simple. tnx again.
