SSRC & Error message when using Vob to audio

Hi

I'm trying to convert a DVD to VCD or SVCD using Pinoys guide. I've downloaded all the software except SSRC which I cannot seem to find (link broken) is there another source for this file?

When using VOB to audio after the DOS box I get the error message 'Ligos splitter seems to miss an audio stream use the audio vob option in smart ripper or use vob tools to delete first segment'.

I apologise if these are old questions but I could not find anything in the FAQ etc.

Personally I did not have much luck with vob2audio, so my first suggestion is to use BeSweet instead.
Anyway, you may try this Ligos splitter patcher

I found SSRC and I've done a succesful back-up from another DVD. Vob audio seemed to work with this DVD. Spliiting the MPEG for 2 VCD's seemed to change if from the MPEG format although when played with the media player it worked.
On burning Nero gave the error message so I chose 'turn off standard compliance' and burnt and it plays fine in my VCD.
Is there another program for splitting the large MPEG which is better than the tool in TMGEnc?
