Is there an official thread for reporting problems? Couldn't find one
I've been playing with audio delay as mentioned in the title. Seems that it is honored if you save as an avi,
but not if you save as MP4 or MKV. Using 8-bit AVC video and aac audio for my new file.
The video/audio is certainly synchronized when previewing in Vdub using the space bar; but only
when you save as an avi does it get properly saved.
There's also a weird bug when loading a filter from an external folder. It's a bit esoteric, but I'm going to mention it.
Filters/add/load/select filter from external folder and hit Open. Now, if you select Cancel (because you changed your mind?)
instead of OK to actually bring it into Vdub, that filter is not longer accessible until Vdub is restarted.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Probably posting a ticket on sourceforge
https://sourceforge.net/p/vdfiltermod/tickets/new/
I don't know if it's "official" but the doom9 thread for vdub2 probably is another good place.
https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=172021
Shekh / Anton Shekhovtsov is really the only contributer/maintainer now. But he posts here as well so he will likely see this
